SUMMARY:
Our client, based in Pretoria, is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist to join their team on a 12-month renewable contract.
This is an onsite role requiring a strong functional background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.
POSITION INFO:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. HR , Industrial Psychology, Business Information Systems, or Organisational Management)
- 3–5 years’ experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist in project and/or support environments
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification advantageous
- Oracle EBS functional experience advantageous
- Experience with regression testing, quarterly updates, and UAT coordination
- Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL/CAB change management processes
