Orchard Manager

DMS Progrowers Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Orchard Manager to join our team in Gisborne!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about horticulture and orchard performance. You'll be responsible for managing orchard operations, leading contractors, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering excellent results across fruit quality, yield, productivity, and profitability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day orchard operations across the production cycle
