Order Analyst

At Arcelor Mittal México, we are looking for an Order Management Analyst to join our supply chain team in Monterrey.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, customer service follow-up, and coordination between sales, production, logistics, and supply chain teams to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Process and manage customer orders in SAP/ERP systems.
- Validate order information, pricing, material availability, and delivery dates.
- Coordinate with production planning, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery commitments.
- Maintain constant communication with customers regarding order updates and requirements.
