About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Window and Door Order Processor to join this dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the fenestration industry, using software such as Window Designer, LogiKal, or Business Micros to process orders efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send quotes to customers via email or technical documentation
Obtain quotes from suppliers for materials and stock
Process customer orders using industry-specific software
Communicate with clients regarding orders, delivery timescales, and any issues
Gather job details to produce accurate quotes
