Full job description
Salary:
₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month gross base salary, plus up to approx. ₹28,600/month performance bonus, if earned. Bonus eligibility starts after the first full month of employment.
Hours:
Full-time, 48 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM U.S. EST — India night shift
Days Off/Vacation:
5 paid vacation days after one year of employment
Up to 6 paid days for National Indian Holidays
