Order to Cash GBS Manager
Lead and manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including Billing, Collections, Dispute Management, Cash Application, and Customer Account Management across four countries in the Americas region.
This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant billing; effective credit and collections management; and strong collaboration with local business units.
The O2C Manager drives process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to local regulations, tax requirements, and service-level commitments.
