We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Organisation Design Manager to ensure our business is ‘future fit’ and structured for continuous success.
This highly collaborative, internal consulting role partners directly with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and People Partners. Operating within a matrixed structure, you will conduct thorough organisational assessments, develop data-driven design recommendations, and lead complex transformations from concept through to implementation.
Working at the heart of Ocado Logistics, you will drive operating model architecture and role design across the business, ensuring our structures maximise efficiency, align with strategic objectives, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
