Organizational Change Manager

We are looking for an Organizational Change Manager for a 12-month contract position, with possible extensions in Edmonton, Alberta. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

This position is 100% on site. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.

Role Description

The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) will lead the development and execution of strategic, long-term change management initiatives to support navigating complex transformation driven by system implementations, policy shifts, funding changes, and evolving business models.

Working in close partnership with senior leaders, project teams, steering committees, and implementation vendors, the OCM will design and implement comprehensive change strategies grounded in recognized methodologies.
