This is not a typical Ops role. It’s system design meets strategic execution , with a heavy dose of AI‑first thinking. As an Organizational Excellence Partner (OEP), your mission is to translate strategy into coordinated action . You’ll build the operating systems that connect people, tools, decisions, and culture—making execution predictable, scalable, and human. We’re open to different levels of seniority. Whether you’re an intern with incredible instincts or a senior builder of operating models, this role flexes with the person—as long as you bring clarity, structure, and velocity.
