OT Clinical Supervisor - Telepractice Leader & Mentor

Expressable is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to lead and mentor a clinical OT team delivering telehealth services. You will guide clinicians, drive skill refinement, and support career development within a fast-paced telepractice platform.

The role requires licensure in TX or GA, 3–5 years post-licensure experience (pediatrics and telepractice), and the ability to provide 40+ hours weekly including afternoons/evenings. US residency is required.
