Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: 8:30 am–6:00 pm Monday to Friday, or 8:30 am–5:30 pm Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–12:30 pm alternate Saturday

  • Proactive contact and engage customers to gather critical information through survey, telemarketing activities
  • Meet and achieve individual and company KPIs
  • Acquire strong knowledge of products, services, culture and processes
  • Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-up via phone and/or email
  • Listen to customers’ needs, probe to redirect the intent of the question and offer alternative solutions
