At ThreePeaks Ascent, we don't just guide teens through the outdoors; we guide them towards healing, growth, and a brighter future. As a Field Guide, you will be on the front lines of this transformative journey, creating a supportive, adventurous, and safe environment for our students to thrive.

Imagine teaching life‑changing wilderness skills like building a bow‑drill fire, crafting shelters from tarps, exploring ancient petroglyphs, conquering mountain peaks, and witnessing wild mustang herds at sunrise. Our Field Guides spend eight‑day shifts in the backcountry, hiking, mentoring, and leading small groups of teens through immersive outdoor challenges that empower and inspire.
