Outlet Manager

We are looking for an experienced, guest-focused, and results-driven Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hotel outlet and ensure excellent service standards and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the hotel outlet (restaurant/café/service point)
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high service standards
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally
• Monitor sales performance and achieve outlet targets
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and hotel service standards
• Prepare reports on sales, operations, and performance
• Coordinate with hotel management and other departments
