Outlet Program Specialist (Part-time)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Outlet Program Specialist to help manage day-to-day operations, triage store issues, and coordinate cross-functional communication. This is an administrator-style, operations-heavy role focused on quick turn timelines, problem solving, and cross-functional facilitation as well as outlet-specific nuances such as pricing, sell-through, and inventory flow.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily business-as-usual tasks across multiple outlet stores
• Respond to store escalations, inventory flow issues, and product timing problems
• Bring together logistics, product, and store teams to facilitate communications and solutioning
• Maintain communications channels for store feedback and questions
• Pull reports, coordinate scheduling with multiple departments, and manage follow-ups
