Outreach Executive

We help international students and skilled migrants in Australia break into corporate roles they were told were out of reach. We‘ve placed 70+ clients across data, engineering, IT, marketing, and clinical research. We move fast, we‘re systems-driven, and we measure results.

As Outreach Executive, you build and own Ark Abroad‘s network of external partners — primarily recruiters and migration agents across Australia. You‘ll run high-volume, high-quality outreach across cold calling, LinkedIn, and email to start conversations, build relationships, and turn cold contacts into partners who refer clients to us and open up roles for the people we coach.

This is a relationship-driven outreach role. You‘re persistent, personable, and you understand that the goal isn‘t to send messages — it‘s to start conversations that go somewhere.
