Learning Mentor – Chelmsford

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Learning Mentor in or around Chelmsford to provide support for children who may have a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) or behavioural needs.

As a Learning Mentor, you must be able to create, plan, and deliver 1:1 tailored sessions to bridge gaps in pupils’ education and boost engagement and attainment levels. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced educator looking to step away from the traditional classroom setting and offer more personalised, enjoyable learning experiences.

Many of these pupils may have been out of education for some time, so their confidence levels may be low. It is your responsibility to reengage them in their learning and provide structure to their daily routine.

Prospero Teaching will work closely with you to monitor each pupil’s progress and support effective learning.
