Our client is a global expert in maritime transport and logistics who are now seeking a highly motivated and organized Outside and Inside Sales Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Selling to customers the solution best fitted to their needs by phone.
Participating in establishing the commercial action plan and in the agency sales segmentation.
Carrying out sales leads research, telephone canvassing, collecting and structuring information about clients, and following it up.
Structuring information about competitive rate evolution to enable the line to adapt its commercial policy.
Ensuring updates of commercial data in the information system.
Collecting commercial data and customer feedback in the Group system.
Identifying commercial market opportunities and developing new business.
