Outside Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description First Call Restoration is hiring an Outside Sales Rep to build referral relationships and generate steady job flow for water mitigation, mold remediation, fire & smoke cleanup, and trauma cleanup. This is a relationship-based role (B2B), not retail sales.

What you'll do

• Build and manage referral partners in your territory (plumbers, property managers, real estate pros, insurance brokers, attorneys, funeral homes, etc.)
  
  
• Set and attend in-person meetings, drop-byes, and set lunch & learn presentations
  
  
• Educate partners on our services and how we handle emergency calls
  
  
• Track activity and pipeline (calls, visits, meetings, activations) in our simple tracker/CRM
  
  
• Represent First Call professionally in the community and at job sites when needed
