Job Description
Supports both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers by coordinating the following events in a sublet service repair site:Unscheduled workScheduled issues Preventative maintenance (overflow from inhouse repairs)Parts sourcing through in-house repair sites if necessaryOutsource / Sublet RepairsSource and maintain qualified sublet repair sites/ vendorsDirect all third-party maintenance repairsMaintaining constant communication and gathering updates/ completion times. Entering data into the maintenance EMM systemScrutinizing and authorizing quoted repairsProfiling and uploading data into the Maintenance software for recordsCost analysis of maintenance/repairs on particular vehicles to determine feasibility (is it worth spending the money on?)Reviewing and approving items assigned in AP scanningAudit and ensure complianc...
