Summary:

Lead end to end packaging development and validation for the Electrical Materials (EM) portfolio across NPI milestones under formal project management and IATF 16949. Own packaging tollgates, test methods, and compliance (incl. UN dangerous goods for sea/air), ensuring robust performance from filling to global transport and high customer satisfaction. Bring hands on expertise across injection molded dispensing components (cartridges, syringes, nozzles, plungers), industrial plastic/metal formats (pails, drums, jars, cans), and rigid/flexible solutions (corrugated, laminated films, bags). Advance sustainable, hygiene compliant packaging; qualify and dual source suppliers; standardize/harmonize portfolios to cut damage and cost; and lead CI, RCA, and best practice sharing with the global team.
