The role includes optimizing warehouse layouts, material flow, packaging systems, tugger routes, and logistics operations while supporting Kaizen projects and process standardization.Key Responsibilities- Improve manufacturing and logistics processes for better efficiency and cost reduction.
- Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Optimize warehouse layouts, material flow, and parts presentation.
- Develop KPIs and identify process bottlenecks.
- Work with suppliers and supply chain teams on packaging and delivery standards.
- Support SAP/EWM logistics workflows and warehouse operations.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Qualifications & Skills
