- Be the packaging expert for the organization.
- Own all packaging related activities for assigned products.
- Ensure that packaging is developed and specified to meet the needs – lead material and supplier qualification efforts.
- Act as the contact with procurement for supplier allocation across packaging lines.
- Ensure that all packaging activities are properly documented (specs, drawings, qualifications, change controls, etc.).
- Provide technical support for quality discussions with material and equipment suppliers – handle the complaint process (oversight investigations, follow-up CAPAs).
- Improve finished product palletization efficiency.
