Packaging Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Manage packaging development projects for designated cosmetic products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed packaging specifications that meet marketing objectives, sustainability goals, and production requirements.
• Manage SAP data of products for production.
• Resolve packaging issues related to filling lines and compatibility.
• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork across multiple functions, including R&D, marketing, production, sourcing, and external suppliers, to ensure project success.

What you need to succeed

• Technical degree (or near completion) in a relevant field, such as materials or manufacturing engineering.
• Working experience with packaging materials and familiarity with PPWR.
