- Technical development for all sample requests received for Sales team and customers
- New RM development and supplier development
- Evaluate alternate materials, possibilities, processes, and equipment
- Finding new opportunities for the next business pipeline â Concepts.
- Discuss successful projects with Mkt team as I2Mâs (Information to Market) format.
- Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
- Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company within Group companies.
- Document all phases of Sample development for the commercialization of project.
- Manage customer relationships and perform requests for expected products/reviews, customer visits, and product testing.
