We're Bloom — a digital agency specialised in women's health, working with leading brands in the US market. We operate at the intersection of performance marketing and purpose-driven communication, running multi-platform campaigns that reach both everyday consumers and healthcare professionals.

We're growing our paid media team and looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a senior trio. You'll work alongside two experienced paid media professionals, learning fast and taking real ownership of your platforms from day one.

Your Mission

You'll be part of a tight, high-performing paid media team managing multi-channel campaigns across the US market. Your role covers the full cycle — strategy support, hands-on execution, and ongoing optimisation — across social, search, and programmatic platforms.

You won't be thrown in the deep end alone. But you will be expected to grow quickly and bring your own perspective to the work.
