Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating paint spraying booth equipment
- Preparing and setting up pump systems
- Carrying out wet paint spraying
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting general production duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Confident to lead small team of people
- Wet paint spraying experience is advantageous
