Key Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting of guest rooms public areas back-of-house and offices
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning sanding scraping filling cracks and applying primers
• Mix match and apply paints varnishes stains and coatings as required
• Carry out touch-ups and minor repairs to walls ceilings woodwork and metal surfaces
