Has knowledge of any of the accepted surface preparations, coating methods and techniques including those designed to give special effects. Prepares coating materials by blending, tinting, toning and mixes in various additives. Builds up shapes and levels surfaces with metal and synthetic resins, plastics and patching compounds.
