Responsibilities
- Expertly apply primer and paint to gypsum surfaces, ensuring smooth, even coats and proper adhesion.
- Prepare gypsum surfaces for painting by patching holes, sanding imperfections, and cleaning thoroughly.
- Install and finish gypsum boards, including taping, mudding, and sanding joints to create seamless walls and ceilings.
- Construct and repair interior framing for gypsum board installation, ensuring structural integrity and precise measurements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in both gypsum board installation and professional painting.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools common to carpentry and painting trades.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time efficiently.
