Work on building projects around the world.
As a full-time soldier, entry-level Painter in the British Army, youll:
Add finishing touches to buildings including headquarters, hospitals and military bases
Master trades including plaster boarding, painting and tiling
Become an expert in skills like glazing and scaffolding
Carry out work on a variety of military and civilian projects
Study for qualifications including a NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Building and Structural Finishing (Military Engineering)
To qualify, you must:
Be between 16 years 6 months and 35 years 6 months
Have a GCSE Grade A-C/9-5 or Scottish National 5 in Maths, English Language and one other subject
Be able to pass a basic fitness test.
