Our client a privately owned Custom workshop is seeking the services of a Panel Workshop Manager for the Roodepoort / Randburg, Johannesburg Area.

The ideal candidate should have min of 5 years experience as a Workshop Manager / Senior Foreman with a panel shop or workshop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Achieving Panel and Mechanical Workshop targets Streamlining and implementing systems and procedures to improve workflow Set up labour sales targets and weekly goals for workshop staff Allocate job cards / work to staff for the day Ensure staff achieve targets and implement incentive structures.
