Description
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate and Securities Law & Assistant Corporate Secretary and working closely with other members of the Legal Department in Montreal and around the world, the Paralegal, Corporate will:
In accordance with CAE's Corporate Policies & Procedures:Maintain the corporate records (hard copy and electronic) of CAE and its subsidiaries, including drafting resolutions and other corporate documents, and responding to information requests from various business units.Support the formation of new corporate entities and implementation of corporate reorganizations (e.g. amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions).Prepare/review and manage corporate filings (e.g. annual filings and declarations, extra-provincial filings, trade name registrations), powers of attorney and notarization/apostille of various documents, as needed.Support tax, treasury, and human resources teams with various corporate actions and transactions, including ac...
