 Based in Makati (currently on a remote work set-up) and reporting to the Corporate Legal Counsel, the Junior Legal Associate will take part and be involved in business and legal practices in support of Penbrothers’ goals and initiatives.
 Responsibilities
 Responsible for drafting and reviewing service contracts and employment agreements of the company.
 Responsible for signature routing of contracts, agreements and other related documents
 Research different law updates and compliance with different statutory requirements (local and national laws and jurisprudence).
 Keep legal documents (such as contracts) organized and up to date in paper and/or electronic format.
 Provides assistance to the company’s Legal Counsel when needed (weekly or monthly update on ongoing/pending contracts for execution).
