The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Parks and Horticulture Supervisor with our Public Works team. This 18‑month term position provides day‑to‑day leadership within the department, contributing to safety culture and service excellence.

The Opportunity

As a member of the Public Works leadership team, you will apply industry knowledge of processes and equipment, lead and supervise the crew, and coordinate operational plans for the care and maintenance of the City’s gardens, parks, lawns, athletic fields, cemetery, and other landscaped environments. During the spring, summer, and fall seasons, you will supervise landscape maintenance, gardening, and planting activities, ensuring high safety awareness and compliance. In winter, you will continue to lead landscape operations and support general Public Works tasks such as snow removal.
