Role Overview
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences grounded in care and respect. As part of the Alchemist team, you will support daily operations across our outlets and help build a welcoming community through coffee.
As An Alchemist Team Member, You Will- Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, colleagues, and partners.
- Prepare and serve beverages using a variety of brewing and preparation methods.
- Stay updated on Alchemist’s beverage menu, brewing standards, and preparation techniques.
- Participate in in‑house training, tastings, and cuppings to deepen coffee knowledge.
