The opportunity The Total Rewards Partner serves as an advisor to senior leaders within one of Unity’s five business functions (Grow & AI, Engineering/Product, COO, G&A, or Sales & Marketing) and is a core member of the People “Trio” alongside Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will partner closely with senior functional leaders to design, implement, and deliver Unity’s compensation and headcount planning programs. You will be trusted to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, leveraging centralized rewards expertise as needed, while applying your knowledge of advanced compensation, market insights, and business acumen to ensure Unity’s programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with functional priorities.
