div h3 About the Role /h3 p Since being established in 2018, the Debt Advisory team has grown year on year and continues to grow fee income across the UK and Europe. We work closely with our Capital Markets colleagues in both residential and commercial sectors. We are looking for a driven, commercially minded professional with strong interpersonal skills, confidence with senior stakeholders, and a proven track record in deal origination. /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Originate and execute debt advisory mandates through existing client relationships and market connections. /li li Advise clients on capital structuring, refinancing, and acquisition/development financing solutions. /li li Deliver compelling, persuasive pitches to senior audiences, demonstrating credibility and confidence. /li li Maintain and expand relationships with lenders. /li li Represent the firm at conferences, dinners, and industry events, with regular travel as required. /li /ul h3 Qualifications /h3 ...
