Partner Success Manager Job Description Summary As a Partner Success Manager (PSM) at PayPal, you will be responsible for managing the operational relationships with key strategic partners, including Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banks, wallets, marketplaces, and technology platforms. Your role will focus on ensuring operational excellence with partners to ensure they successfully adopt, optimize, and scale PayPal’s payment solutions while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
