This role is responsible for managing a high volume of partner relationships while driving operational excellence, revenue optimization, onboarding execution, and ongoing account support across a diverse publisher base.
This role is highly operational and partner-facing, requiring both technical proficiency and strong relationship management skills. The Partner Support Specialist is expected to operate autonomously, provide strategic guidance to partners, and proactively identify opportunities to improve partner performance and operational efficiency.
