WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Onboard PSP companies onto processing channels brought in by the business development team — from first contact through to live transactions Build and maintain integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring a smooth technical and commercial setup Own a portfolio of merchant accounts across multiple partner channels — track performance, flag risks, and lead resolution Maintain and update a risk register for active partners, staying ahead of compliance, IPS, and acquirer requirements Run the merchant account dashboard: volume limits, transactional data, status, and history — always current Review and renegotiate financial conditions including processing rates, settlements, rolling reserves, and deposits Handle incoming partner requests across compliance, IPS, and acquirer queries — triage, own, and close Resolve settlement delays and debt issues with partners directly Identify opportunities to scale capacity and increase efficie...
