The Opportunity
Accountable/responsible for providing a high level of customer service in support of the business of service and parts sales to the market and expediting internal parts service requests while maximizing productivity and proficiency to meet targets
The Role
Responsible for day-to-day processing of parts orders for internal and external customers, including entering, ordering and expediting purchase orders

Support service technicians in researching, sourcing, expediting and delivering parts requests to work area

Works with customers in person, via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner; delivers strong service and salesmanship on the phone order desk and front counter parts sales

Produces accurate, timely and efficient estimates and documentation for all parts transactions
