Pass Controller: Kitchen-to-Table Flow & Quality Control

CVQuest is seeking a Pass Controller located in Germiston, South Africa, to oversee the order flow between the kitchen and dining area. This role ensures that all meals are delivered on time and to specification. Candidates should have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality business.

The ideal applicant will manage order tickets while coordinating effectively with chefs and waitstaff, ensuring high-quality standards throughout the service. A Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is essential.
