We are recruiting for a passionate Pastry Sous Chef for what is set to be one of the most talked about restaurants in Hoxton!

Located on the 25th floor of the art’otel Hoxton this 70 cover restaurant promises a dazzling skyline view with its own 110 cover destination cocktail bar.

The culinary vision is inspired by the flavours of the Côte d’Azur focusing on Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine fusing sunshine cuisine with contemporary dining.

As a Master of your Craft, you will …

  • Have proven experience making and creating exceptional desserts and pastries
