As the Pastry Sous Chef you will collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop innovative recipes maintain high standards of quality and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Pastry Chef in planning and producing a wide range of pastries desserts and baked goods.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items.
• Supervise and mentor junior pastry staff providing guidance and training.
