Position Summary

We are seeking a Patching Engineer with hands-on experience supporting patch management operations across Windows endpoints and servers. This role is responsible for executing patch deployments, improving patch compliance, troubleshooting failed updates, producing compliance reporting, and supporting remediation workflows across managed customer environments.

The ideal candidate understands the full patching lifecycle, including assessment, deployment, validation, remediation, reboot coordination, maintenance windows, exception handling, and post-change reporting. Experience using N-able or a comparable RMM/endpoint management platform for patching operations is strongly preferred. Experience with Ivanti/LANDesk is helpful but not required.

Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Active Directory for endpoint tooling deployment and support is preferred. Experience with Linux patching, vulnerability-driven remediation, or additional RMM platforms...
