Providing strategic advice based on IP laws to Divisions of ZF in AP and handling all trademark related matters.
What you can look forward to as a Patent Professional:
Working closely with Divisions in AP to further the protection of IP and interest of ZF in China.

Handling patent filing, including identifying the ideas to be protected and bypassing potential IP risk, drafting and reviewing patent applications, completing patent prosecution.

Managing patent portfolio for divisions in AP.

Conducting FTO and providing legal advice.

Deeply engaging in infringement analysis, patent invalidations, and litigations.

Delivering regular IP trainings to Divisions and Functions.
Your Profile as a Patent Professional:
More than 3 years patent related experience.
