Department: Pathology Qualification: MD / DNB in Pathology Experience: Minimum 4 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor Should have 2 research publications as first/corresponding author during tenure as Assistant Professor (as per NMC norms) Key Responsibilities: Conduct and supervise UG/PG teaching sessions (lectures, practicals, seminars) Take active part in curriculum planning and internal evaluations Manage histopathology, cytology, hematology, and clinical pathology labs Guide PG students in research projects and thesis writing Supervise and train junior faculty and lab technicians Ensure implementation of quality control standards in labs Participate in CME programs, academic audits, and university inspections Coordinate with departments for interdisciplinary teaching Skills Required: Strong command over grossing, slide reporting, and diagnostic techniques Effective teaching and mentoring ability Familiarity with NABL protocols and academic regulations Good leadership a...
