Company Description
Cape Breton Regional Hospital (CBRH), Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, is seeking two full-time pathologists with experience in both surgical biopsy and autopsy services. Experience in the interpretation of peripheral blood smears is an asset. Annually, the department handles over 15,000 surgical pathology specimens, 35-40 autopsies, and 16,000 cytopathology specimens. The successful candidates will undertake clinical responsibilities in these services.
There is opportunity for a successful applicant to be the department head or associate/deputy head depending on experience and qualifications .
