The Position- Identify and implement initiatives to improve patient interactions with Novo Nordisk channels and services during their entire treatment journey.
- Create and execute campaigns that focus on patient pains, needs and preferences (e.g., communication, support contents, support and communication channels, services and others).
- Collect and analyse patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stimulate and promote the patient‑centric mindset in the teams by sharing good practice.
