The Position
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve patient interactions with Novo Nordisk channels and services during their entire treatment journey.
  • Create and execute campaigns that focus on patient pains, needs and preferences (e.g., communication, support contents, support and communication channels, services and others).
  • Collect and analyse patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stimulate and promote the patient‑centric mindset in the teams by sharing good practice.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to patient experience (NPS, CSAT, CES, stay time and other relevant metrics).
