Patient-Focused Optical Assistant & Practice Manager

An established, intimate private optical practice in Durban North is looking for a dedicated Optical Assistant or Practice Manager to become the welcoming face and steady hand behind the day-to-day running of the practice. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is reliable, honest, organised, and naturally people‑orientated, with the confidence to manage reception duties, patient interactions, spectacle orders, and overall practice administration independently.

The successful candidate should enjoy creating a positive patient experience while keeping the practice running smoothly and efficiently.

Experience working on the Eminance system will be advantageous.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, with 2-3 Saturdays per month. Closed between Christmas and New Year. Join a friendly, patient-focused environment where professionalism and genuine care go hand in hand.
